1. Warranty Coverage Period

NextraGolf provides a 2-year (24-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser for all products bought through our official store or authorized retailers.


2. What’s Covered

This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Examples of covered issues include:

  • Elastic bands snapping or tearing due to manufacturing faults
  • Connectors, attachment points, or stitching failing prematurely
  • Structural defects affecting normal function of the trainer

3. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Accidents, improper use, over-stretching, or applying excessive force
  • Wear and tear from regular training sessions
  • Cuts, abrasions, or damage caused by sharp surfaces
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party replacement parts
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers
  • Lost or stolen items

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@nextragolf.world with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Purchase date and product name
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Once submitted, our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and confirm eligibility.

If the issue is covered, NextraGolf will:

  • Repair the item, or
  • Replace it with the same model (or an equivalent model if discontinued), or
  • Issue store credit or a refund if a replacement is unavailable

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service center.
NextraGolf covers the return shipping cost for valid warranty replacements within the USA (international returns may require additional fees).

Processing time: 10–20 business days from the date we receive your item.

  • Store the product in a cool, dry place after use
  • Avoid overstretching beyond recommended limits
  • Do not place it near sharp objects or abrasive surfaces
  • Do not expose it to extreme heat (e.g., car trunk under hot sunlight)
  • Avoid third-party alterations or repairs
  • Contact us immediately if you notice early signs of wear or unusual tension

Proper care helps extend the lifespan of your trainer and ensures continued safety during practice.
