Order Processing Time

All NextraGolf orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination. Below are our general estimates:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–7 business days

Canada, Australia, United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Other International Locations

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, customs processing, or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping for all orders $99+ (after discounts).
  • Orders below $99 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

If your tracking does not update after several days, please contact our support team and we will assist you.


Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours so we can help update it before shipment.

NextraGolf is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to customer-provided address errors

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier to locate it.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the product and packaging
  3. Include your order number

We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution based on our warranty and return policies.


Customs, Duties, & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
